In-App Feedback
You can send feedback directly from the app:
- Open the app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the Feedback section
- Tap Send Feedback
This will open your email client with pre-filled diagnostic information that helps us assist you better.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a new snowmobile?
- From the My Sleds tab, tap the “Add Sled” button
- Fill in your snowmobile information
- The app will create default maintenance tasks based on your engine type and usage
How do I customize maintenance tasks?
- Tap on your sled from My Sleds
- Tap View All Tasks
- Tap any task to edit it, or tap Add Custom Task to create a new one
- Adjust time intervals, distance intervals, or both
Why am I not receiving notifications?
- Check that notifications are enabled in your device Settings
- In the app, go to Settings and verify:
- Your notification time is set correctly
- Season mode (if enabled) hasn't silenced notifications
- Tasks are marked as active
- Use the Test Notification feature in Settings to verify notifications work
How do I back up my data?
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the Backup section
- Tap Export Data
- Save the file somewhere safe (iCloud, Google Drive, etc.)
How do I restore from a backup?
- Go to Settings → Backup
- Tap Import Data
- Select your backup file
- Confirm the restore (this will replace current data)
My maintenance reminder intervals don't match my manual
The app provides default intervals as a starting point. Always refer to your operator's manual for the correct maintenance schedule for your specific snowmobile model and conditions. You can edit any task to match your manual's recommendations.
Is my data stored in the cloud?
No. All data is stored locally on your device only. The app works completely offline. We recommend using the Export feature regularly to back up your data.
